With a PGDip in Clinical Nutrition and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, I combine scientific expertise with over a decade of vegan living. I have a genuine love of running and plant-based cooking, which I use to help athletes improve performance with targeted, practical nutrition strategies.

My coaching combines evidence-based science with real, lived experience as a plant-based athlete. I know first-hand what it takes to fuel hard training on plants - because I do it myself, every week. It hasn't always been this way for me. I've made my own mistakes with under-fuelling and getting my nutrition wrong as a plant-based runner, and learned the hard way what actually works. Everything I teach now comes from closing that gap myself in real life, not just studying it.
